All garments are handmade to order in Springfield, Tennessee. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and production before shipping. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Currently, we are serving Mexico, Canada, and the UK with our shipping capabilities. We are ever working to expand our small production brand to a worldwide market. Thank you for your patience while we work on our logistics department.

We do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges for a different size. All exchange requests must be authorized within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send a detailed email hello@maeandaugust to initiate the process. Garments must be returned unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with original tags, receipt, and packaging, otherwise, a cleaning and restocking fee may incur. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Mae + August is not reliable for issues concerning returned items. All sale items or garments purchased during a promotional event are FINAL SALE.
