WHY DOES IT TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FOR ITEMS TO SHIP?

All garments are made to order in my Springfield, Tennessee based studio. I want you to be 100% happy with your Mae + August garment, therefore construction is my huge priority, and each step of the production process is essential. For this reason, it takes time to cut, sew, and fit our garments. I work hard to ensure your garment is as close to perfect as possible.

Can I Rush Ship My Order?

I am not able to rush or prioritize orders. Each garment is produced in the order in which they were purchased. Each garment is carefully made only after you purchase it. I am dedicated to providing you with the best quality I can. I promise it will be worth the wait. After all, great things take time.

Will You Expand Your Sizing To Be More Size Inclusive?

Yes! I am currently working to extend sizing up to 4X. I make all of the patterns myself, and conduct fit trials with the gracious help of ladies in my community. This step of the production process is very important to ensuring an excellent fit. I appreciate your patience as I develop this feature of my brand.
